In the hills of Tuscany, approximately 12 miles southwest of Florence is the fully restored Villa Antinori, now converted into apartments. The Villa Antinori is located on the hills of Montelupo, "La Citta della ceramica". This beautiful apartment can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family of four.

The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany. Florence is just 15-20 minutes away. Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra, Vinci are all close. There is a train station in Montelupo and down the hill from the Villa on the main road is a bus stop for buses going to Florence.

As you enter the apartment, you will be charmed by an open space concept, including a living room/dining room and kitchen with stove top, oven and refrigerator. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a full sized bathtub. The windows offer a beautiful view of the garden. There is a loft with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa bed on the first floor. The grounds contain gardens, a park-like setting in the front and a swimming pool. There are security gates to enter the Villa and each apartment is equipped with a video camera for secured entry.

Within a short walk, you can enjoy the convenience of a charming restaurant at the base of the road leading to the villa.

Washing machine, air conditioner and TV are included.

The weekly rate is all inclusive. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The cost of the apartment on a weekly basis is as follows:
(There are three seasons - high, mid and low)

High - 6/1 - 8/31 and 12/20 - 1/2 -- 800 
Mid - 3/15 - 5/31 and 9/1 - 11/15 - 650 
Low - 1/3 - 3/14 and 11/16 - 12/19 550

Upon arrival at the property, you will be expected to pay in cash a Security Deposit to cover breakage or other damage incurred during your stay. This is not related to the cost of the rental but is an extra charge required by the owner. At the time of departure this sum will be returned to you if no damage has been incurred. Judgment regarding the condition of the property is left to the sole discretion of the property owner/manager.

A 30% deposit is required to reserve the apartment by International money (postal) order, certified bank check or click here to pay via PayPal.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.
